Account Relationship Manager

B2B Sales and Customer Success

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong working relationships and manage day-to-day activities for a range of accounts ranging from small to enterprise, with a goal to achieve 100% client satisfaction.
  • Manage client delivery and installation expectations and coordinate activity with vendors and partners.
  • Develop forecasts for hardware and services for each client; secure monthly/quarterly commitments.
  • Ensure opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and resell into existing accounts are uncovered and managed to close. 
  • Support new sales efforts.
  • Contribute to our growth and success by maximizing the value we deliver to clients.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years experience in B2B direct sales, inside sales, business development or account management in technology, software, cloud or SaaS.
  • Relevant higher education, BS, BA, etc.
  • IOT background desired but not required. 
  • Asset, fleet and or field service management experience beneficial.
  • Experience with SalesLoft, Salesforce, Microsoft Office and Google preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed goals in a competitive environment; methodically follow process to drive results; and be exceptionally detailed-oriented and data driven.
  • Desire to be part of a cohesive team focused on success.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Work from our Atlanta office.

Account Executive

B2B Solution Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Develop consultative relationships with prospects, matching our capabilities to their challenges, guiding them through the buyers’ journey and ensuring all sales interaction is professional and helpful.
  • Own sales engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification, nurture to close.
  • Engage a range of buyers, including VP of operations, fleet manager and CXO. 
  • Close annual recurring revenue contracts for both SaaS and hardware ranging from $25K to $250K.
  • Manage your internal sales support team to optimize the process and achieve revenue goals.
  • Follow the ThingTech metric-based sales process; leverage Salesforce throughout the sales cycle to manage the pipeline, forecasts and all other activities.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, sales management and executives to facilitate sales activities, ensure transparency.
  • Build productive relationships across the organization to support sales activities, including pre-sales marketing, customer success, solution management and customer success.

Requirements:

Senior Front-End Developer

ThingTech Platform

Responsibilities:

  • Create the user-facing functionality that makes our precision asset management solutions easy-to-learn and easy-to-use—giving our organization the ability to deliver value promised.
  • Maintain current code health of the platform. 
  • Report to the chief technology officer and work collaboratively with the solution management and customer success teams, as well as other senior front-end developers.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience as JavaScript developer.
  • 2+ years building applications with ReactJS.
  • Experience with JavaScript build tools and dependency management (yarn, Webpack preferred).
  • Experience integrating with RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with ReactJS, Redux, React Hooks, Socket.io, Material-UI, PostgreSQL.
  • Proven ability to ship features quickly, with a knack for connecting back-end technology to users in an inviting way.
