ThingTech Delivers Precision Asset Management Capabilities for Public Works at PWX 2019
The premier event for the public works industry, PWX 2019, was held in Seattle on September 8-11, offering attendees the opportunity to learn, network, and check out new products. Over 5,000 public works professionals attended, leaving the show with new ideas and solutions to their biggest challenges.
Public works professionals often seek business applications that streamline processes and provide actionable insights. Thus, ThingTech was excited to be a part of this year’s PWX event, providing demos and information regarding our Enterprise Asset Intelligence and fleet management software. Purposely designed to improve the capabilities of public works, departments of state and local government, ThingTech’s flexible precision asset management platform integrates and consolidates data from across public work systems (i.e., CityWorks, AssetWorks, and other OEM platforms), incorporating rules and workflows while eliminating dependence on IT.
Long History of Asset Management
ThingTech has been helping organizations with asset management for years, solving some of the biggest business challenges for those that manage vehicles, high-value assets, and field workers. With our fleet management software, entities can reduce costs, increase revenues, keep jobs on schedule, stay on top of maintenance, and significantly lessen risk, loss, or theft. ThingTech delivers solutions that allow clients to predict and plan what’s next, generating insight and business intelligence that enable proactive asset management and better business decision-making.
Attendees Viewed Live Demos
Heading up the ThingTech exhibit booth at PWX were our CEO and Co-Founder Tim Quinn and President and COO Andy Davies. These two eagerly engaged with many public works leaders while demonstrating how our software works. Get a preview by watching the video.
Enabling a 360˚ view of assets, ThingTech’s precision management identifies exactly where high-value assets are in the field, how they’re performing, and even monitors their condition, health, usage, and movement. Further, it facilitates better service management as well as safety and compliance.
